We update each listing on our end weekly, with them going up/down depending on status (lease signed/applied to). This way, it's easy to view what current availability is.

Condos are buildings that have each person owning their unit outright vs being rented out through a management company. Benefits to both based on your values, and expect us to have plenty of them to show!
